• The deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid within 3 days after booking by bank transfer or credit card.

LOCAL TAX

• Overnight stays by persons up to the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15 are not subject to the tax.

FINAL CLEANING

• Check-out by 07:00 - 09:00

• No fee will be charged for bookings canceled within 24 hours of booking.
• From 6 days before arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged.
• From 30 days before arrival, 70% of the total price will be charged.
• For bookings via external providers such as Booking.com, Expedia or Feratel, the cancellation provisions of the respective portals apply.
• Any changes to your booking must be made in writing. We'll be happy to confirm your changes. Telephone inquiries are not considered binding on our part and are to be paid separately in the event of a dispute.
