• No fee will be charged for bookings canceled within 24 hours of booking.
• From 6 days before arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged.
• From 30 days before arrival, 70% of the total price will be charged.
• For bookings via external providers such as Booking.com, Expedia or Feratel, the cancellation provisions of the respective portals apply.
• Any changes to your booking must be made in writing. We'll be happy to confirm your changes. Telephone inquiries are not considered binding on our part and are to be paid separately in the event of a dispute.

Dogs are welcome. €10 per dog per night without food.

For the duration of your stay, 2 free parking spaces are available directly at the house.

We are a non-smoking household, smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
