No fee will be charged for bookings canceled within 24 hours of booking.
Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
From 14 days before arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.
When booking through external providers such as Booking.com, Expedia or Feratel, the cancellation provisions of the respective portals apply.
Any changes to your booking must be made in writing. We'll be happy to confirm your changes. Telephone inquiries are not considered binding on our part and are to be paid separately in the event of a dispute.
